    I ordered a menstrual cup from The Keeper Inc online shop (****************). I was charged and sent a confirmation email (see screenshots attached) but the product never came. I tried calling the number listed in my email confirmation, but the number is not active. I tried calling other numbers on the website, but they are not connected to the company. I tried emailing the company, but they have not responded. I looked at their ******** site, and there is not way to contact them via the site, BUT I see that other customers have posted comments with the same complaints (see screenshots). At this point, I would love to EITHER receive the product I paid for or be reimbursed. I would also like to see their website shop closed if they are no longer in business.

    Transaction Date 1-8-24. Product ordered on website The Keeper, Inc. Paid by credit card. Product never delivered. Company can not be contacted by phone number listed (number bad) and the company is not responding to email inquiries.

    I have been using this company’s product for 24 years—I know it is a real company but I believe their website has been taken over by hackers. I made ann order on January 31, 2023 and received a confirmation email. My account was billed, I can see on my bank account the money has been taken out. I never received the product or any updates. Two weeks after I emailed to inquire and received no reply. Today I called. I got a recorded message saying a special offer was happening today, that I could get an alert button for free. (The only thing the company sells is menstrual cups.) There was no talking to a human being. When I tried the number again just now, I got a message saying I’m calling a number that is not available from my calling area.
