    On 01/08/2025: European Wax Center employees stoled money off of my card for the amount of $62.50. I had to shut my bank card down, because they are and were stealing money off of my card. European Wax Center needs to refund me my money. European Wax Center are ran by a bunch of thieves. European Wax Center had charged my card for services, I did not receive, when I went to them last year, I told them, that I wouldn't be coming back, because they quoted me one price over the phone and charged me another. This company needs to be investigated. European Wax Center stoled money off of my card. I said to them in person, I will not be back. This makes the 2nd complaint I filed against them. European Wax Center Employee, when I called up there, I said to them, I never came on this date 01/08/2025 and never rendered any services with this company so why are you holding on to my card information and charging it? When I clearly stated I will not be back to this Company because I was ripped off, and the employee stated that I had to have made an appointment, I said I never did, run your cameras back to see that I clearly did not come in on this date nor did I authorized this charge. I said you need to give me my money back that you stoled off of my card, the employee stated that they will not, that they charge if you do not keep your appointment. I stated what appointment when I clearly stated that I will not be coming back, so there was no appointment to keep. The employee then stated, where we have other locations that you could have gone to, I said why would I, when clearly European Wax Center left a bad taste in my mouth, I let them know that my Bank will ne investigating them for Bank fraud, and I was upset with my Bank that they would let an unauthorized charge be taken from my account, so they had to shut my card down, and now I feel like I'm being penalized for what a these thieves did to me. So now I have to wait for a new card arrival in the mail.

    I have a card on file at European wax center and on Thursday, September 27 They attempted to charge my car $21 and I hadn’t been there. I called European wax immediately and spoke with the district manager M**** on Friday, September 28 and Was told that it was a no call no-show fee, And I explained to her that I didn’t have a reservation. She then assured me that the card would be taken off file, but then on Saturday, September 29 they attempted to charge my card again. I called the location and spoke with the store manager, whose name also happens to be, but it was a very different interaction. She’s actually the reason why I’m filing this complaint because Not only did I have to argue with her for close to 15 minutes about not scheduling a reservation and about speaking with her boss already, but to top it off she refused to take my card off of file!!! She told me that I did in fact, schedule a reservation, and she would Call M****. I asked her if M**** had a number, I also asked for M****’s bosses information, and then even asked for a corporate number. She said that there was no corporate number and M**** didn’t have Office number and that she couldn’t give me any of M****’s bosses information. M**** (The store manager) Said that she would talk to the district manager and call me back. She attempted to hurry me off the phone and I had to remind her that she didn’t even have my phone number to call me back. She took my number, but I don’t believe she’ll be back. I even explained to her that I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and she very nonchalantly said OK that’s fine. This complaint is to warn consumers to not put a card on file with European wax center because they’ll schedule you a reservation without you knowing just so they can charge you a no-show fee.
