    I ordered from this business on December 2, 2024. I paid $82.60. I then did not receive any update about my order for weeks until I tried to email their customer service email on December 16, 2024. I then emailed on December 18, 2024 and December 19, 2024. I DMed them on Instagram on December 18, 2024 and December 19, 2024. After still being ignored, I messaged the owner on **** on December 20, 2024, where I finally received a response that same day. She informed me my order was marked as processed/shipped in their system by mistake. She then put my order as priority and would have an update later on.
    I did not hear back from her. I followed up on December 23, 2024 and received a response on December 24, 2024 that the package was being shipped. I received the shipping confirmation that day. On December 25, 2024, USPS said it was waiting on the package from the shipper.
    Since December 25, 2024, there has been no movement. I allowed some time due to the holiday season, but there was still nothing. I requested an update via **** message on January 3, 2025, January 6, 2025 and again January 7, 2025. I also emailed customer service on January 7, 2025. I have yet to receive a response. I am truly exhausted trying to receive this package and either want it actually shipped or receive a refund. The customer service from this individual is terrible and its clear she lied numerous times about my order. I have found some reviews on websites saying the same thing where they just never received their order from this business. She should not be allowed to continue with this business practice.
