    After paying $2,100 for windows to fix a deck. The delivery man left them on our yard against the wall when nobody was home. They didn't make sure about a safe delivery + 1 screen is missing when it was charged! Once we arrived home and saw the delivery we contacted Mrs M******* (the sales agent) & she only blamed on us not to be home but never tried to fix the situation or got us as satisfying clients but arguing. She even told me to call a number to complain too and I had to leave a VN because the manager wasn't around. Mrs M******* was only nice when selling their products, but once the delivery was a disaster and all the process was lack of communication; she wasn't a professional. My piece of advice don't buy anything to them because your purchase will not be guaranteed to be delivered in a safe way.
