    This project started at the beginning of may at a cost of $6500.00. Eric Hempleman from Hempleman Contracting is who we spoke to and emailed back and forth. He described himself as a higher end contractor and that he used higher end materials which made him more expensive than others usually. We decided to go with him and his company because of his professionalism and the fact that his work would come with a 15 year warranty and be guaranteed not to leak. Eric did good work and was punctual during the job and we were satisfied. It wasn't until he got finished and received final payment that the issue began. He stated to call him at the first sign of any leaks. Well, within a few days we got some rain and it had two small leaks. We called and sent pictures and video of the leaks with no response. This was during a holiday weekend so we just assumed he was out of town or something and waited for a response. None came. We have continued to try and contact him by email, text, phone and voicemail now for a month and believe we have given him ample time to respond. We are honestly shocked because this seems out of character for him but we don't know what else to do. I paid a premium for premium work with a warranty that seems to not exist. We just want the leaks fixed and the warranty honored or some form of reimbursement. If we do not get any satisfaction from Hempleman we will have to hire another contractor to come and fix his work at another cost to us. Not to mention evidently the warranty (which is one of the reasons we used him) isn't worth anything if you can't get the business to respond to you.

    I have no issue with this business.  You all would not let me remove my complaint but the business has taken care of me.  I am happy.
