      I give pure romance 0 stars the customer service rep named Lori is horrible I placed a order and an item was missing and I went back and forth with her unprofessional self about my order like I told her if it wasn’t in my order then the person who packed the order must have taken it because orders go through a QC check how could that have been missed she shipped it with no incentives stating she don’t owe me and be cashed is shipping the item out to me which came unwrapped all my other items were wrapped except for my basic instinct I wanted to host a party through them but now oh no I would never have my customers to have to deal with Lori

      I purchased a mystery bag from a Des Moines local represntative named Theresa from a post on her PureRomance page on ********. Finally cost was $69. and some change. She had asked what size lingerie I wore and if i had a partner. My reply was thatI was a biggirl over 300lbs and I was aself pleasurer .I was told it would be sent that week.Well she went on a retreat withPure Romance to Costa Rica and my package wasnt sent until the morning after dhe returned home, 12 days after order. When i received the bag , there was a roll of tie up tape, which would be impossible and ridiculous for me to use alone. plus another large product I will never use.When letting her know i was displeased she made no effort to rectify it in any way. I asked abouta return policy and was told all sales were final. i never received any kind of receipt or order number from her. So am at a loss as to what to do.Lastly because she no longer wanted to deal withthe situation had blocked me from her ******** and ********* accounts. So here I sit with a bag of products from ur company that cost me that I will never use. As far as Im concerned she is very unprofessional and treats her customers like a burden. No wonder she got that trip if this is how she acts to disgruntled customers. All sales are final..Click..See ya

      Dont purchase I purchased some spray mist. I had an allergic reaction of some sort to something in the spray. When I tried to use this spray I couldnt stop coughing and became short of breath. I reached out to customer service about this. The customer service rep was very uncaring and unkind. She responded back to me through email saying there was nothing they could do its against policy. I still have not received a credit or refund. I was so hurt by this experience. Please save your money buy something organic and safe and from a company that cares about their customers.

      I purchased items 9 days ago and I haven't received a tracking number. I paid for express shipping, I have contacted customer service twice to figure out what the hold up is and I was told I would be contacted in 48 business hours. They didn't mention when those business hours were or provide a phone number to reach out. I ******* a customer service number, and their call tree is down and it just redirects you to the site. I am displeased that they duck and dodge their customers this why, I do not think this is an acceptable practice for a business. If express shipping cannot be honored, then it shouldn't be offered.

      Very awful customer service and communication with the Rep. We were charged shipping for products and told by the rep the day of the party that it would be mailed out in 2 days. It’s been over a month with 0 communication from the rep and no products. I contacted customer service and they keep giving me a run around and honestly are quite rude. I recently received an email from a different customer service rep and was addressed as a different name, so I’m not sure how that was even mixed up. I will never ever host a party by Pure Romance again. At this point, I don’t even want the products.

      I wouldn’t recommend them. I was shocked at the customer service from Meghan M****. She was out of stock and I was charged $10 shipping without my knowledge. ******************

      I went to a pure romance party and ordered 3 things fragrance wise and I look at the invoice they charged me for shipping 10 dollars and I am not having ANYTHING shipped!!! I didnt get a break down on the price or anything until I recieved the invoice. I will NEVER buy from this scam again!!!!!

All orders have a shipping charge on them whether the Consultant has the product in stock or not at your party.       I ordered the ********* ***********  Received and it was defective. I have bought lubricant as well I didn't open the lubricant. The toy did not work. The shaft buttons did not work at all, so no spinning, no thrusting, nothing. My advice is do not waste your money. $198. Paid through ****** so I can file a complaint. Think I will just get a real man. 99 % of the time that works :-). Won't buy again. Too much money for a big disappointment.

      The company is a scam. I bought a product in dec 4 2022, they took my money. The product doesnt worth the price, and in April 14th 2023, i got a second charge. I have been trying to reach their company but they refuse to give my money back. It is weird that they still have my card details if I did not create an account. It is already a scam to sell overpriced useless products, and another scam to get charged the second time.

      I ordered perfume at a trade show without knowing that the perfume would not be there. It was Mothers Day and I found out that it would take a couple weeks to get it in. I messaged the consultant and she told me I would not get it until July because it was on back order. When July can and went I asked about the perfume again and was told it would be October. I just want my money back but this is not a business that cares about repeat customers so they said I will have to wait until the perfume is available regardless of how long that is. Is this even legal? My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing from pure romance is DONT. It is not worth the time, stress, and money to deal with them and their ****!
