    Completed this program and havent received my certificate due to trying to charge me for a laptop I never took due to me having my own. Been giving the run around for 2 months. Have left several emails and voicemails only to be told its nothing no one can do due to the financial aid lady being out due to an accident. This school is really unorganized and I wouldnt recommend it all.

    Had the student contacted me, the Campus President, I could have verified that he did not receive the laptop and removed the hold on his account. I did attempt to contact the student, who had only spoken to an employee who was not a financial aid advisor, but there was no response.

    Youre absolutely right as far as me not contacting you as the president but your employees told me theres nothing I can do besides keep leaving messages on a voicemail. As far as someone trying to contact me via email or phone is not true cause I have to answer my phone and emails due to me having other businesses. Please advise your staff of the protocol to take moving forward and this issue could have been resolved differently.
