    On 5/10/2024 I ordered a ***** ******* ***** *** for a **** ***** *******. Upon receiving the kit the color was incorrect and the stripe pattern differed from what was illustrated on product website. I followed the return policies stated o the website and submitted for an RMA on 5/16 via email. The website states that an RMA will be issued within 24-48 hours it has been over 5 days, and I have not heard back from them as of 5/22/2024. There is no contact phone number listed on the website, all communication is to be done thru email. i am completely disappointed with the customer service or lack there of from this company.

    On or about the 6th of January this year, I purchased some aftermarket Vinyl striping for my **** **********. Upon receipt of the item, I changed my mind about it and decided i would rather go with a different design. I contacted the company Via their website and filled out a form to request an RMA#. I received an email afterward acknowledging receipt of my request which explained that I should receive an RMA# within 7-10 days. This time has now passed and I haven't heard anything back from the company despite repeated attempts to contact them . The phone number listed for the company is invalid as well as it it is only a voice message saying that I qualify for some Wal-mart gift card. As per their return guidelines, I sent them a pic as well of the unopened item as they will not accept open returns of Vinyl products. My sales order # is ********** for your reference. Thank you
