    I am a older, senior citizen… On December 12, 2022 I went to Rallys on ******* *** ***** in ***** ****/ cincinnati ohio. It was approximately 7:30 PM. I have not ate at this establishment in years. I went to the drive-through and it is completely dark outside and their menu board does not have any working lights on it so you cannot see the menu at all. A young kid asked me what did I want. So since the menu board is not lit up,. I said I would like 2 chili dogs with onions and mustard and he responds back in a nasty tone to me. They already come with that on it. Do you want anything else! I said I would like a cheeseburger. He said OK I’m giving you a double cheeseburger. I told him I did not ask for a double cheeseburger. I asked him for a regular hamburger. He responded back in a loud unprofessional nasty tone. Is that all?I told him I would also like a large curly french fries.. he responded back we don’t have any damn curly fries. I asked him do they carry french fries and he said yup. And I told him I already said I wanted a large and then he proceeded to talk real nasty and tell me I never said that.. I pulled around to the window and I handed him my credit card. He took my credit card from my hand and proceeded to cuss at me because of my order. I told him don’t he see that I am a senior citizen. I took my hat off and told him to look at my face. Can’t he tell who I am that he should not talk to me this way. He stated he doesn’t care if I was the f******g sheriff, and for me to leave, he was not going to give me any food. He then took my credit card and shoved it inside the crack where my window rolls down SO MY CREDIT CARD WOULD DROP “INSIDE MY DOOR “ WHERE THE WINDOW WAS ROLLED DOWN! He purposely put my credit card inside door so now I need to take my door off to get inside my door and get my credit card. I had to hire a mechanic that charge me $100 to get my credit card out of my door. I called rallies, customer service, and my complaint number is.*******
