    I had a great experience with Chimney Works! ****** was awesome. He did a mechanical cleaning on my chimney and was very nice, considerate, and honest about my options and gave me updates along the cleaning process to let me know how everything was going. My chimney looks so much better than before. Would recommend

    I have been using Chimney Works now for several years and have had wonderful experiences with this year being no exception. ****** (certified sweeper) was very punctual and was courteous enough to give me a 30 minutes call ahead of time. He was very professional and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend ****** and Chimney Works for any of your fireplace needs!

    Ben was my technician. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. He inspected my chimney and we discussed an issue that I was concerned about. He was very thorough checking out the problem. He noticed some issues with the cap and some mason work that needed attention on the chimney. I felt that I was I was in good hands with Ben's recommendations. I would highly recommend Ben and Chimney Works.

    I had an appt that they were to come to my house between 12-4. I took off work and waited all afternoon. By 3:45 I called them. They tried to contact the tech and could not reach him. They said they would call me back when they heard from the tech.They called me back at 4:25 and said the tech was not going to be able to make it today. Very disappointing!

    Through the chimney inspection, it was determined.My fireplace is unsafe to use. Although it is not the news I wanted, I was thankful for honest information.
