Hired Ted H***** (Owner of ABA Services) to install a window in my enclosed trailer. He ripped the entire front of my trailer off and cut three of the metal studs completely off and left the job unfinished. He began the job December 27, 2022 and has officially quit the job on February 17, 2023. He made more work for his self than the job initially called for. I hired him to install a window which he was paid in full for and did not complete the job.

    *** ******,

I'm very sorry to hear of your complaint.  I would be very upset as well if I hired someone to install a window and months later still was not completed.  The complaint says you paid in full.  Please send documentation of any kind for investigation such as signed contract, proof of payment to ABA Services, LLC, etc.

While I can agree you are frustrated, your frustration is directed in the wrong place.  You did not hire the owner of ABA Services, LLC as Ted H***** is not the owner.  I have no record of you as a client of ABA Services, LLC.  There is no record of text, email or phone calls to ABA Services, LLC.  I see no record of any payment from any financial institution via check, money order, ******, *****, ******, or ******.   I can find no invoice nor a signed contract that ABA Services, LLC requires the owner of whatever property management, cleaning or maintenance request to be made and signed with dates of when payments are due.

Again, I am very sorry to hear of your complaint, but you did not hire ABA Services, LLC and would like more information for investigation.

    Sincerely,

    Krissy H*****

I did not have a signed contract. I have text messages and I have screenshots of where I sent him payments via **** ***.

It will not allow me to add any additional attachments. I also have invoices from Home Depot where he had me purchase supplies via phone sale and he used them for other jobs. These supplies I purchased were not used on my trailer. the acetylene he had me purchase was not used on my trailer because he didn't weld any of the metal studs from the frame of the trailer back to the trailer as he said he would. *** *** **** ** **** **** ** ***** ** ** **** *** ***** ** ****** ** *** ****** ** ********. Either way this was unsatisfactory work. I also don't know why his wife is responding to these messages like she has an objective opinion. I'll go through this process and then if a lawsuit is necessary I'm fine with that as well.

    Dear *** ******,

I see in your complaint you don't understand why I am responding to all these messages.  I own the company.  I am ABA Services, LLC and, as such, I am the only authority to make contracts with ABA Services, LLC and the clientele.  You have provided two complaints with two different addresses and two different phone numbers.  There is no evidence that you have that you hired ABA Services, LLC. You have yet to provide a signed contract between you and ABA Services, LLC.  However, your own evidence says you paid a Ted H***** **** *** account, **** *** 1142 to be specific.  As per my evidence, you did not pay ABA Services, LLC.  If you did, your evidence would show you paid a Kristina H***** at ABAServicesLLCCincy.  I do, however, see someone called in a phone order without verification to ********* ****** to buy a tank without my knowledge and had a "Chris" pick it up.  I don't have an employee or approved contractor on this account named Chris and no one should be picking up any orders under ABA Services, LLC without my expressed consent.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention as I didn't realize someone can call an order under my name without notifying me first.  I have corrected this oversight.

There are several people with the name Ted H***** in the Cincinnati area.  Any persons with the name Ted H***** has the right to work for other companies or pursue their own endeavors and have the right to retain their own clientele.  However, if contracting ABA Services, LLC, you would first have to contract the office which would put you in direct contact with me.  Then I would evaluate the site and everything would be recorded and put in writing.  Then a signed contract expressing times and dates due and payment arrangements would be made.  Before that, there would be evidence of an emailed quote from [email protected].  Can you provide such evidence?  If not, you did not contact ABA Services, LLC, but someone else named Ted H***** working under his name.  Attached is a company that claims to call itself ABA Services, LLC that gets mixed up with my company all the time.  Maybe that is the company you signed with.  To continue, I need legal correspondence evidence between me (owner and operator of ABA Services, LLC) and you and you have yet to provide such correspondence.

Again, you did not sign any contracts with ABA Services, LLC so you didn't hire ABA Services, LLC, you did not pay ABA Services, LLC and you claim you have not delt with me and have no signed paperwork or invoices or anything from ABA Services, LLC and thus are not entitled to a refund or repair.  You must find the correct Ted H***** that you paid and his correct address and have him repair the work.  I see your text messages do not say the listed phone number ABA Services, LLC owns and uses.  It identifies a Teddy.  Not ABA Services, LLC.  I have no record of you as a client and you even state yourself that you have don't understand why the only one in authority of ABA Services, LLC is responding as you have not made any contracts verbal nor written with me, the owner and operator of ABA Services, LLC.
