    She came to deep clean my house 9/20/23. Said she was done within 2 hours. I was working from home so did a quick walk through and pointed out multiple areas that were not clean including the bathroom sink and my kitchen cabinets. She cleaned a little bit more so I paid her. After work I did a full walk through and noticed she did not clean inside my fridge or my oven which I paid $75 extra for. Did not clean inside microwave. Windows still dirty. Visible cobwebs. Shower dirty. Honestly a very poor job. I messaged her that night, sent her pictures and told her I was not satisfied. I have not heard back from her.

    The owner of this business did not complete a job and is refusing to refund my money. I have documentation that she admitted to not doing the job yet is refusing due to a bad review on her services.

    On Dec 17th, I reached out to the owner of Your Professional Cleaning Co to request a cleaning. Amber, the owner, let me know she had the day before Christmas Eve available. (12/23/22) She provided me with a sob story on how the money would be useful ahead of time as it’s been a rough year for her. I paid her via her preferred method, *****, $295 dollars for the cleaning scheduled for 12/23/22, on 12/17/22. On Dec 23, she canceled with VERY low communication due to inclement weather. Which I completely understand, however, she has since been off the radar and unresponsive when it comes to providing us a refund. I have requested her on ***** as well as sent multiple text messages. I am now out $295 and expect a refund ASAP. This business is a scam and should be shut down immediately.
