    This business claims to be an experienced alteration business. I took a sports jacket into this shop and it was delivered back to me with one sleeve noticeably longer than the other. I tried to take it back, and the owner wanted more money, told me she would return my call and did not, and went I went to her shop for the 3rd and 4th time, she hid in the back room. I spent $75 up front (due to being a small business) and she kept all of it and delivered poor results. Please take the appropriate action to protect others. This is a sham shop. PS. The original owner whose name was Teresa was friendly and filled with integrity.
