Contracts created through Domestic Blend Creative: Invoices will be sent through Paypal; Paypal will also accept credit cards.
Contracts created through Upwork Freelance will be paid to Upwork Freelance. There is a 10% fee for using the Upwork service.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- There are no refunds or exchanges. The client and myself make a contract for the work to be provided. If the work is not provided to the satisfaction of the client (terms in contract) the client doesn't pay. Payment is expected upon completion of accepted artwork. (When client receives the artwork in it's final, hi-resolution format.) All artworks and materials created by Domestic Blend Creative are the copyright of Domestic Blend Creative until payment is complete, and no artworks may be used in their low-resolution "sample" format until payment is complete. Once payment is complete, client owns the copyright.
