I was working for this business partner through ********* which I use to pick up jobs and gigs. I ended up having an issue and incident happening with them on August 14,2024 and feel targeted and discriminated against. I was working very hard and they kept moving me around all the place. I basically in other words was refused a 30 minute break from somebody, but was told by another supervisor that I am entitled to my 30 minute break just as everyone else is. I took MY BREAK when everyone else did, and this caused an issue in where they was telling Sherri G**** the ********* regional manager that I was not working and taking multiple breaks which was UNTRUE. I believe they where upset and retaliated against me because they did not want me to take my break which is illegal to refuse me a break especially considering I worked 15 hours for them the previous day with only ONE 30 minute break provided. I am extremely upset because although I was moved to the main kitchen from the family meal after that incident I was working. Not once had I went on a bathroom break or anything after I was moved back to the main kitchen. I worked for and helped multiple chefs, and kept myself working and busy. Making sure the work area was clean, wrapping up plates and salsas, putting away items that I was requested to put away and the only time I left the kitchen was for less than 5 minutes to go grab two cases of heavy cream and shallots that a chef requested me to get , and to bring back dirty dishes to the dishwasher. I was working and always busy and was falsely accused of not working and disappearing and got clocked out without anybody confirming the issue. I feel ganged up on, discriminated against and targeted. Amber had approved me for overtime as long as the chefs requested for me to stay if I was working she stated she rather pay one person for over time that is Actually working instead of paying 5 people who aren’t working. There’s so much more I need someone to contact me

The Cincinnati Open failed to properly check their mobile website's information to make sure it correlates with the desktop version. I reached out to them to attempt to resolve this issue and point it out, however they took no responsibility for this nor did they offer an apology for this. Back in April, i received an email from them with announcement tickets were on sale. Upon clicking this on my phone it brought me to the mobile site to choose the session I would like to attend. As shown in uploaded image, it clearly advertising "Qualifying & First Round" for both Session 2 and 3. Common sense applies that these sessions offer both. No where on ************ or the order confirmation does it state Session 2 is only qualifying. I only found out by checking the desktop once they announced players attending. Upon reaching out to confirm this information and verifying I did not miss this in my ordering process, I was told via email from them my only options were to resell my tickets and purchase new ones. For someone purchasing in advance to secure seats and not having to pay a reseller, I found there response inadequate. And again, no apology nor recognition of their mistake. I am attempting now to resell my tickets but I should not have to lose money for their clear mistake and lack of properly vetting the viewing of their mobile site. At this point, I have no desire to attend this event due to the customer service I have experience and want to ensure I receive my money back for this.
