      I received a call from the Greater Cincinnati Credit Union ( GCCU) regarding an unpaid bill. I seldom us this credit card and didn't think much about it unfortunately. They called saying my bill was two months past due. ( $30+). I never got a paper bill or a bill on my computer. As soon as I was aware of this issue I paid the bill within 24 hours. Here's the problem, if I don't get a bill how am I to pay it? They have sent it to one of the credit bureaus who has lowered my score for about 830 to 750! They could have called before they turned it over to the bureau!
      I can't give the date of the purchase because I have no bill. I want the GCCU to have this ding removed from my credit score. I pride myself in paying my bills in full on time. I have been with GCCU for over 50 years. They could have done some checking before they went to these measures. Am I angry? You bet!

      As a veteran, I came in on 12-23 -24 and made a 50.00-dollar payment i think ask the teller who wore glasses did my other payment go through ----- he said yes---------I then call the credit union on 12-30-24 received no return call back and spoke with a woman at the ********* location (who was white ) that the only person who could waive the fee was the CEO and the good luck with that "the CEO does not come in that often -----as longtime member and the fact as a Public employee 20.00 dollars is not asking a lot ----I know ***** returned but the Credit Union failed to provide the customer service of returning my call and responding back!

      Spoke with Cathya supervisor at the ********* location about my **** and made a payment. They called me on 2-5-25 and said they did not get January Payment.
