      I have been a part of this Credit Union for over 25 years and never have experienced such poor quality of customer service. Staff not held accountable for mistakes and no one will follow up on complaints

      ***** ***** antagonized, berated, was condescending attempted to solicit racist or other negativity from me. She failed miserably and continued for 60 minutes threatening and refusing to be helpful. At very end another employee fixed her mess in 2 minutes. How gross and ugly a soul is when not catered to her ignorance and superiority? She fulfilled every single stereotype and didn't just let her employer and a member down but she let her gender, race and father in heaven down as well. Not every white man is racist! Not everyone keeps recordings of calls but this guy keeps record of assaults and I have 2 calls totalling 1hr 40min available to anyone who can stomach a basic employee lording her "authority" (lol) ,threatening to not assist, provoking with intent to justify hang-up, bullying and again living up to every stereotype that lessens racial coherence by prejudice of strangers by race alone. Sad, sick and the sounds of inadequate education ringing in my ears hours post abuse at ***** ***** hands. So much hate for caucasians in 1 soul.... gross. No apology. Actually had fun just messing with me. Because of her behavior a federal lawsuit has been filed for abuses. Keep ya posted.
