    I paid for my graduation stole in March, informed her I would be getting my photos done in April. Got her my photos on Apirl30 and May 1st. She informed me it take 2 weeks. I let her know that's fine as I need it by May 23rd.
    May7th she said she would send over my draft. I did not get it.
    May 14th asking her for an update on the draft. No response,
    May 19th I request a refund to go with another vendor. She responded that I can't have one because it's not pass the 2 weeks. That she got my photos on May 7th. I told her to check her messages again it's been pass 2 weeks and I have not even gotten my draft. She then say she will not give me a refund because it's not pass my pick up date May 23rd.
    I need the draft before the pick up date so I can review for changes or approve it.
    May 22nd still not draft so I ask for a refund again if she dose not send it to me that day. She sends it. I inform her of changes by creating a picture. My picture clearly shows the changes I want her to make. We then go back in fourth about changes I ask her to call me because it be easer to have a conversation. She don't call she keeps texting me while I am at work. I then tell just make her design just like what I showed her in the photos. She then said she can't.
    I informed her if she can't do the design then just give me a refund and I'll go some where else. She refuse to give me the refund instead on printing the design that she made that I said I did not want.
    Told me she will not give me a refund if I did not come pick it up.
    So today I showed up to pick us the stole. As I inspect the stole. I point out to her that my photos are still not going all the way to the edge like I asked for and I do not want it as it is not what I paid for. She then takes it and blocks my main Facebook page and refuses to get me a refund still.
