  This will probably shape out to one of the worst decisions I've made in my life. This institution is predatory, and I don't understand how this **** is even legal. Don't consider trying to call customer service; they will leave you on hold and act as if they don't understand your questions. There is NO room for recovering any of the exponential interest amount that you pay, which will end up being 3 to 4 times the principal amount of the loan. The finance charge will **** you in the *** and throat. Seriously ridiculous. I was in a hardship at the time i took it out and was lucky enough to pay it off, but not early enough before paying over double the loan in the finance charge.

  After being bothered by them. I finally took the bait and applied with the Preapproval code. They got my information, did not give a place to put the code in and then denied my application. I did the application online and went through the process. I have a vague denial stating that it will take 30 days to find out why they denied. I called the number and the lady said I could reapply the next day if I wanted to. She said that preapproval does not mean that you are approved-while this is true, they wasted my time and now have my information. The repay rate is around 100% and higher in some cases. Don't waste your time with this company. They robo call, fill your mailbox and inbox. They prey on people who may need a short term loan.

  Xact called me to try to collect on a loan. Trouble is, I don't have a loan. They then tried to get personal information from me. I believe this is a scam. Avoid them at all costs!!!

  I called to see if i could make monthly payments instead of biweekly payments. The *** said she could help me. She put me on hold to get approval, she came back said we can help you but you need to send your paystub. I said fine, but i could send it right then. I sent a day later, then i was emailed to contact them. Then i called and they said they cannot modify the loan, i said the other *** asked if it was ok and she said yes. I told him who did she speak with then? He said she put in a request, i said no she specifically said she needed to talk to her supervisor to get approval. I said ok dont change frequency just lower the payments, they said they cant do that. I said what if I cant pay the loan, then what? He said the resolution center will call you, then of course i said transfer me there, he said he cannot they dont have your info. Then give it to them, he said its a different division, well how do they get the information if i cant make the payments? Then i said, so youre literally saying i need to stop making payments for you to help me? He said yes but hopefully you can. Im asking for help though with anything, even a deferred payment. In the end i was just asking for a pay frequency change and they told me yes and then they declined. They shouldve just owned up.

  Would leave zero stars, but not an option. Took out a loan which I was paying with automated payments through my bank account, had no issues until I logged in and paid a large chunk, then when I tried to log in again, kept getting an error message, called twice within a two week period, and no one could tell me nor help me of why I couldn't log into my account anymore. I still have not resolved the sign in issue, I will NEVER do business with this company again, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone! complete scammers! only taking advantage of people in hard times.

  I applied for a loan and updated my account information. This was after receiving several error messages when trying to complete the application. When I was able to finish my application, I updated my account information with a woman on the phone, then another woman, then they called my current bank to verify the bank details. After all of this, they sent the funds to my previous bank account. Now I have to wait for them to receive the funds back. Furthermore, I have to wait 3-5 business days to reapply. This is crazy!

  I tried to take out a loan from this company only to talk to at least more than 20 people and was on the phone over 5 hours over the last 3 days. Several would say it was approved and said it was being into my bank account. Then when it never was delivered to it I would call back and they would tell me it wasn’t finished. The amount for interest is outrageous, and I got so upset that I just went elsewhere. I want nothing to ever do with this company. And by the way the company may be in Ohio but the customer service is out of our country so they can make even higher profits. What happened to supporting American workers? Shame on you! I know a lot of companies are using off shore calling companies. Many are hard to understand and some out right lied when questioned. Look elsewhere for a loan because I think you are going to have a lot of grief with this company.

  Terrible company ,scammers need to be closed,,I took a 2000 dollar loan and have paid 1100 on it and they still say I owe 1960 dollars

  I have been receiving Robocalls from this company for months, from different phone numbers each time and I continue to block each one. Most of the voicemails sound gargled with just enough info to hear they are trying to complete my loan application. Today, it was not gargled, they called themselves exact or xact lending and it was from a ******* ** number and they said it is urgent i contact them to complete my $85,000 loan application...what!!!!!!! I never contacted them and I never will! I am unsure how to get them to stop calling because it is a nuisance and if they were to call someone who didn't know any better, they would scam the poor person.

  Wish I could have left a zero stars. One is one too many. Does Ohio not have usury laws? The "offer" I received in the mail said the APR range on their 18 month term was 145% - 225%. That's just crazy! I really feel for those without the number sense to recognize that at minimum you'll pay back double what you borrow. Something should be done about charlatans like these.
