  Great to work with, Will helped us design our deck based on our projected use, made great suggestions on materials to use and produced a phenomenal product. His crew did quality work, was friendly and effective. I would happily recommend Stephenson to those looking for a new or replacement deck.

  We are so happy with our deck! The work was done promptly with great care. The dedicated crew couldn't have been a better choice. If you need work done, we highly recommend. It's not easy to get honest, reliable work these days. We got both with Stephenson Exteriors!

  I can't recommend Will and his team at Stephenson Exteriors enough! We received a quote almost two years ago, and from the start, Will was responsive and professional. He provided great sketches and gave excellent recommendations. Despite the challenges we faced with our deck, which turned into a full redo due to poor workmanship, Will stayed within our budget and the agreed timeframe. Even two years later, Will remembered us and the specifics of our project, which truly impressed us. When it became clear that saving the original deck was not an option due to major issues like a missing middle beam, water damage, and rot, Will and his team provided us with various options and kept us informed every step of the way. The project was turned around in about four days, and every person on Will's team was professional, skilled, and respectful. They even took extra care to clean up after themselves, which we really appreciated. Will went above and beyond by addressing an issue with some rot around our exterior door. Instead of pushing for unnecessary work, he recommended a simple patch and paint job, showing his integrity and commitment to providing honest solutions. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We live in a community where aesthetics are important, and our new deck is not only beautiful but also safe and well-built. We are looking forward to entertaining this summer and getting the full value out of our deck. I am currently in the process of having Will scope out a deck project for my mom, which speaks to my confidence in his work. Overall, working with Will and his team was a fantastic experience, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you, Stephenson Exteriors, for a phenomenal job!

  Stephenson Exteriors recently completed a siding installation at our home. I had interviewed a number of contractors for this work and choose Stephenson Exteriors based on the knowledge Will S********* had about the product I had chosen and the recommendations he provided during his site evaluation and understanding what I wanted to achieve. The work he and his crew did in completing the installation was excellent. They were very focused on the details and thorough on every aspect of the job. I am very satisfied with the results.

  We met with Will in October 2022 and decided on a course of action to repair and improve our deck. He scheduled the work for early February 2023 and was on track with that schedule. He and his crew arrived and went right to work with the demo and prepared for the next days' repair/upgrade. They arrived the following day and repaired and upgraded the deck to the specs we agreed upon. At all times Will and the crew were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and we inspected the repair and upgrade together. We are very satisfied with the finished product! We highly recommend Will and his crew to perform your exterior projects!

  We needed a contractor to renovate a 7 year old deck----difficult to maintain deck due to it getting sun from 10:30 am until dark. We decided on using TREX composite decking + lighting + powder-coated aluminum rails. ************* gave us 3 names of contractors to consider---we chose Will Stephenson Exteriors to do our job. We liked ****'s approach and his *************************** From the first visit/estimate to the finished product, Will exceeded our expectations (and his crew). 1 small example of his attention to detail: the Company he selected to deliver or dumpster on day 1 of the job starting: he did not want any rust to get on our driveway so, he required them to put-down/use wooden boards under each of the 4 wheels!!! The work was excellent after the completed the phase 1 demo---lighting, fascia, rails--color match----everything was terrific and I would not hesitate to refer Will and his team to do your work: In fact, I have already referred his name to ***********!!
