    On January 6,2025 I signed up on an application for frayt technologies for driving deliveries.I paid for a background check and a motor vehicle report to process my application and many other documents I supplied for my application to be approved. This company uses a Wallet app called ****** ***.when I needed to verify my information on the Wallet app that they use for payments Which I never used before , going through the process and just starting up the Wallet , the company that they use suspended my account stating that it was for verification purposes and that they couldn’t talk to me about this .when I tried to verify my information with the ********* that they use, I received Three emails for verification, but I was not able to verify my email because the links that they sent didn’t work.subsequently frayt technologies also suspended my account because of this.i was the process of verifying my information so I can receive payments in the future.I tried contacting ********* and spoke with several people even a supervisor and I also emailed them.I received an email stating that my account was disabled and they cannot reinstate my account for unusual activity, they can’t explain in detail Or explain at all what I did.I tried to reach out also to frayt and was told that they suspended my account because of the ********* company so I’ve lost now $40 and I don’t even know what i did wrong. It’s very frustrating because I can’t talk to anyone at frayt, only email and the other company refuses to help me for something so simple as maybe a mistake but I don’t think I did anything wrong and I really feel that it might have been something wrong with their system but again they refused to verify my information over the phone, which doesn’t make sense. when I talked to the Wallet app which is called ****** ***, they verify all my information so they can look at my account, but they refuse to use that to verify my account so I can use my wallet.

    This business is a scam. They require drivers to pay a $40 background check fee but did not even conduct the background check before completely denying my application, due to something as minuscule as just increasing my insurance policy. They try to use their Terms of Service against people in order to keep their money instead of allowing applicants to rectify any issues. Their business model is unethical and delivery drivers who are just looking to make money instead of have their money taken from them, should steer clear from this company.

    Upon checking all requirements and matching all requirements for my area, frayt stated they had jobs in my area for myself with my vehicle. After I payed $40 they can't give me a reason my appointment was rejected. I just don't want an answer and make sure they don't scam others this way. Thank you.

    FRAYT changed me $40 for the background check. After a day they rejected my application is fine. But they didn’t run my background check after I asked them for my background check copy FRAYT is saying that is a charge for application but my bank statement is showing background check !scam money back…

    This company promotes a specific dollar amount for detention/wait time but does not adhere to their stated policy.

    According to the policy, cargo van drivers are entitled to $1 per minute after 30 minutes of waiting. Recently, I accepted an order for pickup at the airport. I arrived on time at 9:50 AM and departed from the pickup location at 11:30 AM, resulting in a wait time of one hour and thirty minutes. Based on the policy, I should have started accumulating $1 per minute from 10:20 AM, which means I was owed approximately $70 for the wait time by 11:30 AM.

    However, Frayt only paid me $37. When I contacted support, I was informed that the policy was incorrect and that drivers are actually paid $0.75 per minute after the allotted timeframe. Even by this revised policy, I should have received $45, yet I was still underpaid.

    I am owed an additional $33 for the wait time. While I have reluctantly accepted the reduced payout since I completed the work as agreed, I believe other drivers should be aware of potential discrepancies in payments when working with this company.

    This is an unfair practice and extremely misleading. Drivers, be warned.

    On 4/28 I provided a $35 payment for a background check directly to Frayt via their app, however, the background check was never performed as my documentation provided was rejected and my application never moved forward. Since this application was placed on hold and the background check was never performed, I requested this to be refunded in full to my original form of tender. I reached out to support at Frayt who then started calling it an application fee instead of a background check fee adding that it was non-refundable. This, at the very least, is a very dishonest and sneaky business practice as it was originally presented to me as a background check fee until I was told that my insurance requirements were unmet. I would like to resolve this and sever ties with this company fully and swiftly. I'm simply requesting that all of my personal details be deleted/purged from their system and that I be refunded in full for the background check fee in the amount of $35.
