    Horrible experience. So I have uses this location in the past but not been able to reach them for over a year. I left a voicemail about a week or so ago and just call periodically to try and get someone to answer. I have left numerous voicemail never one returned. So I finally got someone to answer and the conversation went bad after a minute. The young girl who answered told me in a nutshell she got my voicemail felt I was rude telling them their voicemail message needed to be updated so she didn't return my call to schedule an appointment. I kept going with the conversation trying to schedule and an appt. She gave me a date and as we were locking in the date she had the wrong telephone number and repeated back a wrong date. Then after we fixed that I asked were the hour online correct if I needed to call because when I call between those hours I never reach a person. She acted like the phone hung up and then finally after I repeated that she said hun the hours are 8 to 3. I said ok and the. I said what's your name and she said what I said what was you name again and she hung up on me. When I went to the office the girl refused to get the people in charge, said she was still telling me her name and kept going with the same nasty attitude as on the phone after I spoke to management because I had to be loud in order to get their attention since she said she wasn't going to get them. We went in back the dentist apologized on her behalf and I told him no I didn't need that from him. Mind you I have been using this office since at least 2016 or longer but in the last year or so because no answer on the phone. Well that same girl has been there in that time frame not quincident. The dentist told me he was sorry and maybe I should get together with the front desk girl and we both apologize. Apologize for what?she was nasty on the phone in person and now I should be apologizing. She never did I wasn't and I had them cancel my appointment. Never going back. Horrible.
