    June 2023 had exam consultation and X-rays which showed I need dentures. All teeth extracted mid July 2023 and dentures inserted immediately. Dentures never fit correctly and upon many return visits was informed I have bone loss and can’t get dentures to fit. The X-rays should have shown the bone loss and therefore they should not have extracted my teeth. To date top ones are very uncomfortable and do not fit or look acceptable. I still cannot wear lower ones…after having new ones made twice. I cannot eat anything but soft foods and have lost a considerable amount of weight.

    I went to Affordable Denture in Sept 2023 to have an Upper Dentures made. I went back for the fitting a week later. To pick up the real dentures. I told them that the plate did not fit correctly, and the lady said it was because I have an extra bone in the roof of my mouth, they were loose and fell out. She told me to wear them home and hopefully they will tighten up. She stated to me that I would just have to glue them in and gave me a sample of poly grip. I call two days later to get back in to see I they could fix them as I am unable to wear them. Left a message on their VM. I never received a call back. I called again and never received a call back. My insurance company even called and got no response.
