    Ray B**** ****** of National Liftgate Parts (NLP) did not pay his business rent due to me for approximately 12months. In the process of this he committed identity theft, bank fraud, fiduciary fraud, and bribery. He sold said building, that I am the majority owner of, against my clearly written directive by using forged signatures. He then profited from the sale and covered his business malfeasance. He colluded with John M****** to use approximately $80,000 of the money stolen from me and my deceased brother to write bribery checks to his family members. Ray has stated he has done nothing wrong and everything is above board yet refuses to show documentation, including the legal documents that are in my name. Ray L***** also verbally told me that he took all of these business loans with no intention of ever paying them off and stated that he does not have money to pay on them yet he owns multiple residences, cars, sailboats, and country club memberships. I believe what Ray and his siblings have created is best described as a Ponzi scheme using family businesses, a nonprofit, bank loans, identity theft, and profit being funneled into the pocket of relatives. I request the business and financial documents showing that Ray B**** ****** of National Liftgate Parts (according to the owner Mr. Ray L*****) has always paid his business bills and personal bills on time, is in a financial position to pay off his loans, and has never participating in illegal or predatory and discriminatory practices.
