    This is for latitude retirement company. We had filled out 401k cash distribution form for my mom ( ****** **) through center for seniors in *********** ** back in February,2024 since she no longer works there. However, We still have not received a money. Also, I heard there are several formal employees who also has not received their 401k money. For some people, it has been several years. For many, at least few months. I need this processed asap for my mom. I’m reporting both companies for not processing this promptly and need to be fixed right away for my mom and others.
