I accepted a job for 36 hours with a pay of 36.00 and some change. The original job was for 4-10s but upon my first interview the hospital did need 3-12s and I said I would be happy to do so. I had to wait a long time to get co tract due to E*** being on vacation. I got contract on Friday before my start date of Monday and it said 40 hours. I mentioned it to them and they said sign it it will be fixed at facility. To make story short prolink has been docking my stipends for a month. When I found out they made me contact hospital to send over my schedule which they should of already had then they decided to send me a o tract that was 31.92 an hour and I did not agree to that and they did not ask. They saying that I have to take that and that was not disclosed. I do not recommend prolink due to their practices and they have not paid me correctly

    Dear *********,

    Thank you for
bringing this matter to our attention. Upon review of your assignment details,
when you originally joined with us, a 40 hour contract was mistakenly sent out.
Upon connecting with the facility to understand the matter, they shared that
despite the 40 hour contract, they were still able to schedule you for the
expected 3x12-hour shifts each week. Recognizing the potential impact this had
on your per diem, our Payroll and Finance teams promptly addressed the matter,
ensuring any per diem discrepancies were resolved through appropriate
adjustments and backpay for the weeks impacted by the original 40 hour
    contract.

    To align with the
agreed terms, we extended the corrected contract reflecting the 3x12-hour
schedule. Please note that rates are subject to daily fluctuations, and we
strive to provide the most current rates in our communications. In this
instance, the updated rate was reflected in the updated offer letter, which you
signed on 12/18/24. Since then, payments have been processed efficiently and
accurately according to the most recent signed contract.

    We value your
dedication and are here to address any further questions or concerns you may
have. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at ******************* for
    additional assistance.

    Warm regards,
    Prolink Human Resources

I am a professional RN/BSN-I have dedicated my live to healing and serving others as a team-it has been my honor and privilege. This staffing agency played mindcraft games with my contract, was unprofessional, and did not honor the contract when I did everything I was suppose to do ahead of time. I was given an all clear. The staffing agency did not pay me for my compliance and time. I am owed 25 hours at 55/hr. They will not pay me. I gave my two weeks and finished at my previous employer. This agency did this on purpose and constantly gas lit and did not help on purpose. It is unethical, unacceptable, inhumane, illegal, and wrong how they are practicing business. Please audit them and shut this company down and do not allow them to reopen. This could of happened to a nurse that would not have advocated for her colleagues n future world.

Prolink offers are usually accepted before the first day of work, this
is done to help support our applicants in completing all complaince items
required before starting on assignment. The Compliance process allows us to
ensure all applicants are qualified, legally able to work, and (if applicable)
appropriately trained for the position based on both Prolink and the client’s
standards. Compliance completion times can vary depending on items such as
background checks, drug screens, preemployment paperwork, and skills
    assessments. These tasks
are not paid as they are a pre-requisite for employment and may also include an
assessment of the applicant’s skills for the job in which they are applying. However, hours spent completing true education such as virtual orientation
provided by the facility, in advance as part of their in-person orientation
will be paid out in accordance with the pay rate listed on the offer letter.
Our records indicate that this person completed 1 module with a completion time
of 4 hours. We have attempted to contact her no response and have been unable
to pay her as she has not confirmed banking and/or an address at which to mail
    her a check.

Hello ****** and thank you for bringing this to our attention as we
appreciate your patience in this matter. In reviewing your assignment with
us the main issue stemmed from the inability to enter hours through ******.
Since this event, we have worked closely with the facility to process your
hours. We were successfully able to send the funds to you and believe all hours
to be fully paid to you at this time. Thank you again for sharing your

I was hired to start an assignment with Prolink at ******* general hospital. After being hired I tore my ACL to my right knee. I wear a special brace for this to stabilize my knee. At orientation I asked if it would be possible to switch to the night shift because there was openings and it would be less stressful for my knee. I was told by Stephanie N*****-******** that would not be a problem. My recruiter told me to get 2 doctors notes stating restrictions so I could keep my for documentation purposes. Never heard back from the recruiter but received a termination letter in my email. I was not on restrictions I wasn’t going to be. The company asked me to do that then fired me!!!

    Business Response

    This response is
for the concern reported by ****** ******* (talent) in February of 2023. This
concern was reviewed by the Recruiter and Client Relationship Team directly
involved as well as the Human Resources team at ProLink Staffing. A doctor’s
note was requested stating the exact medical restrictions and requested accommodations
the talent would need to abide by to ensure talent and patient safety. Unfortunately,
the requests and recommendations were unable to be approved based on facility
needs and the high level of physical endurance and mobility needed to provide
safe patient care. After each assignment with ProLink ends, an automated letter
is sent to the talent directly informing them of the separation along with
details. For this situation, it has not negatively impacted the talents eligibility
for future assignments with ProLink as they are currently elligible. If interested
in applying for an assignment, please visit our website or reach out to [email protected] and we would be more
than happy to connect you with a recruiter.

The attachments provided are a copy of our contract/offer, and the email was what I sent to the CEO asking for the original posting from the hospital. The company needs to do the right thing, if they made a mistake, they need to be accountable. Tell us why here...ontract began. The contract was agreed upon in July and did not start until August.

Zero reimbursements for anything- not time, not travel ($100+ ((gas)), not the additional ** required background check ($100) ****** ($5300). Nothing. The contract stated “guaranteed” 48 hours per week at a rate of 4300 per week. "at-will". With a weekly lodging of $847. No pay for the 5 hours worked.

I was out of work for 3 weeks, had to relocate again for another contract as soon as possible and was not reimbursed for anything - I have all of the documentation. This has caused me significant financial hardship and stress - either Prolink or the hospital via Prolink should pay for damages - at the very least my lodging meals and incidentals- up to the wages I lost.

    Business Response

******* began her first assignment with us on 08/01/2022. Before one of our contractors are submitted to an assignment, they undergo what is called a “lockdown call”. This call is essentially an interview to verify that the candidate has all the experience required to perform the essential job functions. During this interview on 07/18/2022, ******* stated that she had both Cerner and Epic experience. Due to this as well as the candidate possessing the skills required to perform the job, she was approved to begin the assignment. Upon the talents first day working, it was then discovered by the facility that she did not have EPIC experience which lead the facility canceling her contract on 08/01/2022.

After ******* was canceled, her recruiter immediately reached out to find a resolution to the situation. Her recruiter also was able to locate a new assignment on 08/02 that we could transfer ******* to so she could begin earning an income as soon as possible with little disruption. ******* denied this new assignment due to wanting to stay in her area until 08/15/2022. On 08/02 it was mentioned by ******* that the educator was rude according to her. Shortly thereafter on 08/08/2022,

******* stated to us that she felt the facility discriminated against her due to Sexual discrimination as well as ******* being a woman and having tattoos. At ProLink, we take accusations of discrimination very seriously and always launch a full investigation into the matter. On 08/10, our HR Dept attempted to reach out to ******* to discuss her discrimination concerns and gain more information as to how the facility may have discriminated against her. On 08/15/2022, *******'s recruiter reached out once more to follow up on the matter and let ******* know that we are here for anything she may need. We did not hear back from ******* about the matter and therefore could not gain enough information to share with the facility so they could investigate if these allegations were true or false. ******* is still in good graces with ProLink and is eligible to accept new assignments with us.

As far as her discrimination concerns go, we followed up about each concern as soon as possible and found multiple opportunities for other contracts that ******* was qualified for but we did not hear back from ******* so that we could successfully finish our investigation. If she would like to continue her investigation with us, we are more than happy to connect with the client to address her concerns. Due to ******* being canceled, some expenses are ineligible for payout. Her recruiter is able to assist ******* in discussing which reimbursements these may be.
