On February 28,2025 I had a root canal on number 30 with Dr. Zollett at Zollett Endodontics located at 7661 Beechmont Ave, #140 Cincinnati, OH 45255 7661.

Afterwards, I still had pain when I went into my regular dentist on 3/4/25, she performed a root canal on number 29, she said she was able to do this on smaller molar.
Now number 29 is amazing, but number 30 was still in pain. I thought it would go away, I waited a bit and took some tylenol and dealt with it because basically I was so tired of going to the dentist. However, it wasn’t going away so on April 15th I called my dentist to get a bite check, I did that on 4/16/25, Dr. Lloydmy regular entist said everything looked great on her end and if it still hurt, call Dr. Zollett because she needs to look at 30.
It didn’t feel better, so on 4/17/25 I called Dr. Zollett and spoke to Maria. She told me that Dr. Zollett broke her foot and isn’t seeing patients until May 15th. I said ok I want to come in on 5/15/25. she needed to check it since it was her root canal that she performed. I was patient, took pain meds, dealt with the pain….
Then on 5/13, I received a voicemail from Maria at Dr. Zollett’s office saying that they canceled my 3/15 appointment and will not see me. I called back spoke to Maria, asking to speak to Dr. Zollett, Maria said she would not speak to me and she made her decision, she will not see me. Maria said, because my dentist performed a root canal on 29 after the number 30 root canal.
I called my dentist's office, they called Dr. Zollett, I they spoke to Maria and got the same answer.
I am frustrated because now I have to go to a different endodontist and get 30 retreated. My insurance is all used up for the year, so it costs $1,500 I will have to pay. My tooth hurts and tooth pain is horrible.
I want Dr. Zollett to know that her treatment is unconscionable. She would not even speak to me or see me to fix it, unfair and such terrible customer service, BBBRating should go down.
