    I went to KFC on Monday and I placed an order for a 12 piece family meal. The drive-through credit card machine was not working so my order was cashed out on the front counter register and later in the night somehow or another my car was charged again for the same $30.99, when I checked my card on Tuesday, I realize I have been charged twice for the same order but only received one 12 piece family meal when I called the store they told me they don’t do refunds and I explained to them what happened they told me to wait two hours and my money back on my card It’s been two hours and the money is still not there when I called again to the district manager today he told me it would be another 5 to 10 days before they could figure out if my card was charged twice but I know my car was charged twice because it was charged once in the drive-through and once in front counter, so therefore it looks as if it’s two different transactions and not one of the same I called the complaint line the district manager the general manager and I’m still waiting on my $30.99 to be refunded back to me on top of that my order was wrong. I asked for mac & cheese and I got coleslaw and then when I tried to call Monday night to let them know, my order was wrong. The phone just rang and rang and rang , this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with KFC and returning as a customer to this location All I want is my money to be refunded as soon as possible

    I went to the KFC on ******* **** and ordered a 12 piece family meal with mac & cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I received a 12 piece with coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy was there there was difficulty with The drive-through credit card machine I tried to help them in the drive-through to get the machine to work, but it wasn’t working so after multiple tries of trying to get my car to work, the cashier cash out my order on the front counter, resulting in me being charged twice for one order I was overcharged $31.99 when I realized that the next day on Tuesday I called the store and told them what happened and they told me they didn’t do refund. I told them it was not a refund. I was overcharged so I was owed money. I called the customer complaint line and they had the district manager reach out to me he said within three days, my money back to my card , it was charged twice. I tried to explain to him that it will look like two transactions because I was charged in the drive-through and on front counter. I have not received any money back from them yet and it’s been a week now.
