      This company is absolutely terrible. They deducted for a life insurance policy premium before sending me any documentation. I have been calling and emailing them to cancel this policy and refund me the money they took out.
      I recommend everyone to stay away from this company. They are very deceitful and sneaky.
      I will never do business with them. The next call to them will be from my attorney.

      I would give them a 0 if I could. Been trying to redeem an amount of my Life Insurance for a month now. Getting different answers from all the employees there. Been waiting a month for my amount to be put in my bank account...They just pass the buck and have me keep sending more info into them. I would like to have this resolved asap

      I applied for whole life insurance with Gerber to be denied coverage. The reason, originally was conveyed as due to my “prescription history.” These people had me running around for almost 6 months obtaining my prescription history from a third party, opting out to not apply for coverage with other companies….to be told almost a year and a half later (today) that it was really due to my weight (bmi) according to Gerber I’m 40lbs over weight. There response was so dramatic not to mention time consuming/ pathetic and I’m considering dropping their services completely.
