      I purchased a $100 ****** gift card at the Kroger’s website (https://www.kroger.com/o/gift-cards ) because the promo at that time showed "purchase a $100 ****** egift card, get $100 Kroger egift!" (Please see the attached screenshot), but I only received $10 Kroger egift after I made the purchase. I contacted customer service and they admitted that it was their error when made this promo. I requested a return and refund, the customer service promised I will get a refund in 2-3 business days, but I still have not received any follow-ups or refund. It is either Kroger forgot it or did not want to do a return. Since this is Kroger’s incorrect advertisement which misleads me to make this purchase, it is reasonable to request a return. Non-return gift card policy cannot be used as an excuse for not returning gift card because of the false advertisement. Our customers did not do anything wrong in here.

      This is an e-gift card purchase from giftcards.kroger.com. For security reason, I covered the last several digits of the card # and pin # in the e-gift card screenshots. Please let me know if this is okay. My order # is *******. Kroger can track the purchase by using this order #.

      Thank you for contacting Kroger Personal Finance, we are sorry to hear that an issue occurred with your online gift card purchase.  As the online ordering gift card website is operated by ********* Network, Inc. (***), inquires or concerns related to online gift card purchases should be directed to *** and subject to indicated website Terms and Conditions.  It appears *** was contacted and a response was provided in reference to case #*********.  In regards to the refund request, it appears the gift card was redeemed, which does not allow a refund to be completed or performed.
