    I bought my mother of the bride dress at Kosovos and was pretty happy with it. So I referred the mother of the groom. She really wanted a dress that was at another store but went to Kosovos because of my recommendation. The sales person **** took her information and ordered the dress . The dress came in and was not the dress MOG ordered. **** told her she would have to keep that dress and buy a new one they did not do returns. I spoke with **** she confirmed she did order the dress and did not double check the order numbers. Isnt that what a sales person is suppose to do double check the number certainly they do no think the customer knows what they are doing. Why have a sales person. I tried to speak with the manager she referred me back to **** so maybe why have a sales person or a manager for that matter just make Kosovos a Kiosk. The failure is on the sales person side and the Manager will not support the customer. This is wrong on many levels and for no one to know about the handles of Kosovos is a tragedy. I am demanding Kosovo's takes the dress back that was ordered at their hands of their sales person. It is not fair to make a customer eat the cost of something the sales person failed to do. I could see if the customer put in the number she didnt she paid the sales person to do it. This wrong needs to be set right.

    I won a contest the prize was 500$.gift certificate me and my sister went to try and see if we could find something because the expiration date was August 31st when we went there we were followed all around the store and kept trying to direct us to the cheapest in the store which were hats I felt pressured and hurried she copied my id and she took the tags off of the hat and scarf I didn’t know that they were fake meaning the hats and the scarf but I felt pressured and annoyed so I just made my purchase which was 440$ for fake hats and scarf despicable business and staff we women of color are treated bad and wronged I’ll never shop there again period

    Hi, We are sorry that you felt your experience at Kotsovos was unpleasant. When receiving a gift certificate that has been won  we always copy your ID to verify with the Radio station, this is common practice by the station as the certificates are non transferable. Each customer is assigned a professional stylist  to assist them in any purchases they may  make. As for claiming the scarf and hat are fake, we are a Furrier and only sell real fur products, the items you purchased were real wool and Fox trimming.
