      As a realtor, I’ve visited many furniture stores throughout the tri-state area, and this one far exceeded my expectations. The prices are excellent, and the staff is very upfront and knowledgeable about their purchasing policies. The sales team wasn’t pushy but offered help when needed and were extremely friendly. About a week after my purchase, I called to check on my order and received outstanding customer service. The woman who assisted me also mentioned that they are a very small company, which makes me even more eager to support them. I will continue to recommend them to family, friends, and clients

      We purchased a living room set from them on the 7th. Was told it was in stock shouldn’t take too long to get. We paid the $99 delivery fee. Delivery people called on the 11th said they would deliver on the 16th in between 8 am and 4 pm, so I stayed home all day and no delivery or phone call. I contacted overstock customer service, a total of three times. The first time I talk to somebody she was right. The delivery company was right. The only people that was wrong was our customers. Second lady I talk to really nice and understood so she would relay everything to the management team probably did not happen. Third time I called back and talk to customer service again I honestly believe it was the same person as the first time everything was our fault. Nothing was on overstock or on the 3rd party delivery company. Wanted to talk to manger wasn’t able to until Thursday, everything was Thursday, so I said yes please have manger call us on Thursday, she said okay they will call on Thursday at 11 am and now 3:30 still no call, we wanted a refund, but if we do that it is a 25% restocking fee, even though the stuff is not in our possession, still in their warehouse, guess that’s how they beat the system of ripping people off by trying to piss them off and still 25% of their money. BAD BUSINESS

After you reached out to us, a customer service team member contacted the 3rd party delivery service and according to their records, your delivery was scheduled for 1/23 and not 1/16. It seems like there was some confusion regarding your scheduled delivery date. We are sorry that this was the case! We'd be happy to continue with the 1/23 delivery date or you can choose to pick up your order and receive a full refund of your delivery fee. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced and for your disappointment. We never want that to be the case for any of our customers. A manager has reached out to you but has been unable to reach you at this time. If you are interested, he would be happy to discuss this further.
