    I rented a Uhaul from this site and was given a contract that I was very pleased with. The Uhaul was only rented for one day. I checked the Uhaul out on a Saturday in person at the furniture store, I returned the Uhaul back the next day in person at the furniture store but the store was closed. I was informed by the associate at the store that I could return the keys inside the drop box when returning the Uhaul on Sunday. I paid everything up front with my debit card. But because I didn’t check the Uhaul back in online, Steven A**** took additional money out of my checking account because it was the Fourth of July holiday and charged me an additional $300.00 dollars as If I had the Uhaul more than what the original contract had on it. Once I was charged additional money, I tried to get in touch with Steven A****, it was very difficult to reach him. He took his time getting back with me, and he didn’t return what was owed to me so I had to contact my bank to try to get my money back from the company. I can speak for a lot of people and say everyone DO NOT do business online. If I rented the Uhaul in person I should be able to return the Uhaul in person. It was never told to me that the Uhaul had to be checked in because the furniture store was closed. I am displeased with my experience and I’m very displeased with Steven A**** in the way he does business.
