      I placed an order with edible arrangements to purchase two Mother's Day packages but the total of $37.94 and I ordered two. I also ordered a brownie which was $7.99 the total amount came to $94.64 I have not received the merchandise nor can I get in contact with anyone about getting my refund.

      Ordered arrangement. Never delivered. Phone number doesn’t return calls to three left messages. Corporate 800 number does not answer calls. Charged me. Had to dispute with cc company to get money back. Not

      This order was overlooked the Monday following Valentine’s Day. I (owner) broke my shoulder the day before our biggest holiday. We lost more than half of our seasoned staff weeks going into the holiday for various reasons. Additionally, we have nearly doubled the number of orders received due to other Edible store closures in Cincinnati in the past year. And despite our attempts to get corporate to cap our order totals related to Valentine’s Day and the adjacent days, they refused. Money from this order was returned to the customer. Her comment that all customers have this issue is absolutely wrong. We have been in business at this location for 18 years. We have struggled with staffing issues and greatly increased order volume in the past 8 months. Despite this, 99 percent of our orders are fulfilled and customers are happy. We compensate the others with refunds or product. Albeit response can sometimes be slow while we adjust staff and answer inquiries. As you know, happy customers seldom write reviews. But those recent negative reviews are not a reflection of our overall competence, product quality or business health.

      you are still falling short on your business with all your excuses. yes you were busy but you still had my order so why didn’t you reach out  and explain yourself.  You have negative google reviews in just the last week   You aren’t fooling anyone with your excuses

      I ordered a birthday gift from this location, for February 6th. I picked an item online that said 1 hour delivery, there would be a 1 hour delivery window, 5pm rolled around and the gift had not been delivered as promised to the location. I called Edible and asked them to re-route the gift back to the store due too it being so late at night, as I would accommodate one more day for the gift to be delivered earlier in the day. I had thought that was gracious of me, I had spoke with an associates the night of February 6th and it seemed like we had a mutual understanding/agreement.
      I called the next day to confirm/update and I talked with an associate that made excuses as to why it couldn't even be delivered the next day on 2/7/2025 at an earlier time, and only interested in arguing. I asked for no set time just earlier in the day that seemed to be a huge issue. I actually had to call 12 times and leave 3 voice messages within a 4 hour period on 2/7/25 to talk to someone about the issue, which I believe to be unacceptable and not good business especially with time sensitive items within their normal business hours.
      The associate had made a remark to me, that referred to other patrons Valentines Day Flowers seemed more important than my delivery and they didn't have enough help, I didn't believe that her making Valentines flowers had anything to do with my order, so that was concerning. Then my order was marked as delivered around 8pm at night on February 6th, and it was never delivered, so I believed my order was being marked as delivered so that the store did not have to deal with my order anymore. The associate that argued told me this morning that the marked delivered order, had been marked by mistake.
      I ordered on February 6th, and still haven't received the delivery. I'm requesting order be made fresh and delivered as promised, and a refund be issued for all of the issues/trouble/ and footwork done by myself, I request be contacted through the BBB portal
