    On Friday August 25th, 2023, I placed an order (Order # *** ******) for a rangefinder. On September 1st I inquired as to when it would ship, and they informed me "It would ship in the next day or two."

    On September 7th I emailed them and they informed me it would "ship today" and they upgraded me to 2 day shipping.

    Since that correspondence they have ignored multiple email requests as to status.

    At this point I just want an refund.

    Are you able to follow up with this customer? I have followed up with him twice and he is not responding.  We handpacked his order and sent it two day air as promised after we encountered shipping delays. It says delivered. I will attach the tracking information for you to see.

    I purchased a golf laser rangefinder from Precision Pro Golf. The company states a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I tried the product and after few weeks I decided that this product does not meet my needs. I have emailed the company 5 times with no response about returning the product for a refund. I have also tried calling the company number with no response. I have tried the “chat” button on website but this also does not work. After a week and a half or trying, I’m not sure how else I can reach out to this company to start the return process. Please help. Thank you.
