    Rick Curtis replaced my driveway, repaired entertainment wall, replaced walkway and stepson Aug 9, 2024 and was paid in full Rick stated he will stop by 3 weeks after cement cured. It's now Sept 8, 2004 Rick Curtis has been avoiding my phone calls and text messages. I have a 1yr warranty per Rick Curtis. I have some questions about some patching that was done by his worker's that doesn't match the cement and the entertainment wall that could be a fall hazard when I'm cutting my grass that need to be address ASAP. If Rick Curtis doesn't want to fix the repairs his workers done he can refund me and I can find another company to fix the repairs. Thank You Kindly,

    This in response of the complaint sent in by ****** ******. When we did her job she loved it. Then when it was finished, she hated it. So at the end of the job I discounted the job by $2500. There was no reason to do so as you can see from pictures. She said that she was satisfied with the work.


    If I have to I will go back over there and see what it she is talking about. Because I see absolutely nothing.

    Has the company addressed the issues of the dispute? if not, why? Rick got paid in full that could be why the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

    The company got paid for the job that I ****** wasn't satisfied with some of the work that was done.

    Rick also stated that I have a 1 year warranty until August 2025 on the project. I called Rick several times and he never returned my phone call.
