    The folks at Comfort Experts are second to none for boiler furnace heating systems. We bought a new boiler almost 10 years ago from ****** Heating & Air. ****** did the install. As business owners we research all major purchases. These folks looked great to us. Sadly, we needed repairs EACH year they stopped by to do our annual maintenance. By Fall of this year in 2024, they sent someone who didn't do annual wellness service care. We were stunned. He said no worries, I'll snap a few pics for the owner. We received a $2000 invoice saying the furnace needed another repair. We are loyal clients for ****** all these years. One of our business clients told us about Comfort Experts and Less the owner. We have never looked back. Less pulled out our owner's manual and showed us we were missing a very important sensor wire. My husband said that he agreed to take it off with the advice of ******. Keep in mind, they were the ONLY ones to ever see our boiler furnace for repair. It took weeks to obtain all the parts missing from our furnace. Since their service the furnace purrs! It no longer switches on/off and is loud. Our home is WARMER and efficient. THE ONLY folks we recommend moving forward is Comfort Experts with Less and the helm. He KNOWS furnaces. Jennifer his Office Manager was able to calm us immensely from the process it took to bring back the smooth functioning results that they established with us. Our old service pros, ****** suggested this furnace is old and we may need to get a new one soon. Shish! Right time. Right place here in Cincinnati, OH to find Comfort Experts. Thank YOU Less and Jennifer. We can now get back to work running our own Company. We sleep soundly. We appreciate YOU and your Expert services.
