When Kenny arrived he was ready to sell me a new AC unit before he even looked at anything. After looking at it he says that I need refrigerant, but he says you can’t get it for that unit anymore. 2 minutes later he tells me that they can put refrigerant in but it was going to cost me $3500 to $4000. He then tells me that my only option is to get a new unit which would cost me $13,000. The next day I get another company out here and they had my unit running great in 15 minutes and it cost me $200. Seems like a scam to me. Luckily I only lost $99 in dealing with them. I would get a second opinion if they tell you to get a new unit. Then when I left this same review on ****** they got on there and said that they offered me my money back and I declined it? Why would I decline it? No offer was ever made to me about a refund.

Been a customer for over 10 years. This year I tried to renew my maintenance plan. Called the number they gave me. It’s a call center that states someone will get to me because they can’t accept payment. Two weeks a five calls later I’m getting the same response. Messaged them and they ask for my information and state someone will call in an hour. I’ve done this several times and no one ever calls. Total of 18 messages! One would think they want the business but it seems they have switched their call center company and it’s terrible!

We used One Hour for 14 years, and almost died because of it. We had the high tier maintenance plan all along to be sure the furnace was well maintained. I asked about rust inside the last few times they cleaned it and was told that it was normal for that age furnace, only that wasn’t true and we didn’t know until hospitalized for CO poisoning. One Hour, when presented photos, admitted that their people needed more training and that they had begun additional training. But that’s not helping anyone else out there with rust they’ve ignored. We switched to a new company and, in the install of the new furnace, MANY other long time issues were found. We are very happy to be rid of One Hour. They have been non responsive since the incident.
