When my sweet mother was in pain crisis I called QCH. That was at 1640 and by 1820 my mother had her first dose of morphine, Equipment was ordered, consents were signed and EXEC director Kacy as well as the admissions manager Nicole called me and offered to help me with my Mom any time of the day or night. Impressive!

These lovely angels came to the hospital promptly.and then followed up at home making sure my husband had all the equipment to safely care for him was delivered prior to his arrival home. The nurse social worker and chaplins were wonderful to work with, my husband's wish to die at home came true they were attentive, caring all of the 24/7 staff were responsive to his pain needs, his personal care. I would reccomend them to anyone and use them in my family if the need arises.

They tried to drug my husband w morphine, lied to me and said the regular drug that was working for him (O********) ********* couldn’t order, I caught the nurse in her lie (she just didn’t want to do the paper work for it) she was fired but the damage was done and they ruined his chance at a peaceful death. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. The second nurse they sent was worthless too. I was left sobbing on the floor of our house bc he was in so much pain, vomiting green bile and they told me he needed to drink *******. Not even kidding. NEVER do this hospice, is a scam and your love one will die a horrible death and they leave it all on you. At home. For 40 days while my kids watched in horror. My husband needed up at ****** for a week, they are disgusted and mortified and now my husband is in an inpatient facility and they are taking wonderful care of us.
