      I made a reservation and was unable to stay in the room due to having to move to another jobsite. They charged me $68.25 to even retrieve my belongings even though I was not staying in the room. They wouldn’t allow me to gather my belongings peacefully and treated me like a criminal. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to even open my own door. She came in the room behind me and got very aggressive and hostile. The police were called and nothing could be done because it was a civil matter. They didn’t give us the option to stay after we paid. Unacceptable.

      I reserved the room through **** ******** on 06/29/2023 for dates 06/30/2023 through 07/02/2023. I arrived the night of 06/29/2023 to be told I had no reservation. I showed them the reservation I had online that stated nothing was needed from me. They REFUSED to honor the price of the original room. The first room they put us in (103) had zero air condition. After about 15 minutes and me being on the phone with ********, we were trying to work something out. My son at this time was sick due to being overheated. They refunded their two day price of $182. After calling around, no other hotel had rooms. Either it was stay there or sleep in my car with my 8 year old, which is unsafe. They put us in another room (324) which was supposed to be non smoking and that was not the case. I had nothing but asthma flare ups the whole time. I have made multiple calls to get fully refunded as their advertised services do not meet anything that we received. When calling to attempt to get refunded ******** was hung up on. I was repeatedly cussed out. Then was told the only refund I would be getting was the difference I was supposed to be paying. Based on the rooms, the way of false advertisement of the care of the rooms, and the way the situation has been handled, I believe I deserve a full refunded. I actually got told in not so many words, that would not be fucking happening. I want my full $182 back from the company.

      The date is March 12, 2023 room service was supposed to come by my room and they did not so I called the front office and told them what happened. They never even came to my room and I have a one month old baby and it is freezing outside and I had to take her outside to go to front office to get what I needed because I told front office what I needed. Like I said she didn’t come either, I am furious if my baby gets sick because of this I’m gonna be really upset
