    When I got into the first room, it was a broken door and no TV in the room. So I asked for another room and when I got into the other room, the toilet was not working so I had to get another room. Then the third room had no toilet paper and it was at that point I left. I could not take the conditions of the hotel. There was trash all over the property, the rooms were extremely dirty. I tried to get my money back but was denied so I had to file this complaint. The health inspector needs to go out there and shut that place down because it is not up to health standards.

    On 22 May 2023 @ 6:40 PM, I checked in at this HomeTowne Studios in Cincinnati and paid them $156.96 for 3 days + $50.00 for a deposit. The original reservation was from 22 May 2023 to 25 May 2023. After I entered my hotel room, the room was terrible. It had no washcloths for me to even take a shower and there was no towels available. The towels I eventually received were damp after the office washed and dried them. There were other issues with the room that I discussed with Red Roof and they gave me some points to my Red Roof account. I am filing this complaint because I was so disappointed with this room and the entire hotel, I checked out on 24 May 2023 @ 9:50 AM. I was told by the front desk that I would be receiving a refund on my ******** ******* debit card for $52.32. It is now a month later and I have contacted Red Roof guest relations along with the hotel property in the past and I haven't heard back from anyone in upper management at all. I received a copy of my receipt on the day I was supposed to leave but everything on that receipt was wrong. Red Roof will try to make excuses on why they haven't given me back my refund back and the lack of communication on their part. All I want is my $52.32 back, nothing more, nothing less. Please respond and thank you.

    The room was in deplorable conditions couldn’t not accommodate clean wash clothes and denied to refund me my money back to leave
