      I have two new pairs of Firm Grip Gloves with "synthetic Suede" Leather. They are Glove Model# ******* XL (extra large). The synthetic suede tore in multiple places when I put them on. On December 23, 2024 I went to the Firm Grip Inc. website at firmgrip.com and submitted a "Contact Us" Form and explained the defective gloves and the palm and finger part made of synthetic suede. I stated I could take pictures and send them as there was no way to attach pictures to the "Contact Us" form.
      They did not respond.

      The fasteners (deck screws) have an unlimited warranty. The warranty only covers a defective fastener. These fasteners are NOT suppose to rust and the defectiveness of these deck screws has caused the "pressure treated" lumber to decay in 15-20 locations on my deck only where the fasteners are installed.
      The pressure treated deck was installed about 4 years ago and the screws have expedited the wood rot. This company is responsible for repair or replacement of the damage caused by their product.
      The Hillman Co offered to replace the defective screws/fasteners but refused any other damage liability.

      On Wed, 24 July 2024 11:02 a.m. order 17269 confirmed.
      Order summary: Small Heart Shape Pet Tag × 1 Purple, Front Line 1: ************, Front Line 2: MAXIMUS FELE, Front Line 3: 607-********, Back Line 1: Leave me, Back Line 2: alone. I know, Back Line 3: my way home. $7.99, Subtotal: $7.99, Shipping: $0.00, ******* County Tax: $0.32, *** **** State Tax: $0.32, Total: $8.63 USD. On Thu 25 July 2024 @ 2:36 pm, I received email notification that the order has been shipped. Their web site said to allow 4-8 business days. That means the order should have been received no later than 6 August 2024. It was NOT received. I wrote on 9 Aug 2024 1:12 p.m. to enquire. I did not receive a response or acknowledgement. I wrote a second time on 13 Aug 2024 3:55 p.m. giving them until Fri, 16 August to address this issue. Again, no response or acknowledgement. Company is unresponsive and has failed to ship the product I ordered in good faith. The order was charged against my cc on 24 July and there has been no refund.

      On February 23,2023 at 11:15am. I went to ******* Supercenter on ******* ******* with my mother. We purchased a Medium Diva Heart Tag with a split ring. The total of the purchase was $14.17. My mother paid for the heart with her debit card. The kiosk never did dispense the dog tag. The manager of the ******* said they were not responsible for the inconvenience. So I emailed ***** ***. I forgot to mention the tag was etched: ***** **************
