    This has been the worst apartment management company I have ever had to contend with. I have had numerous issues that range from management staff outright lying about the apartment status, and changed the day and time I could move in, to a neighbor having two unleashed dogs that attacked me and my puppy as we were walking on the sidewalk, to neighbors who throw trash over their balconies and hide trash bags underneath of the stairwell instead of throwing it into the one trash compactor they have, to my apartment flooding in the bathroom flowing into the kitchen. When maintenance finally arrived, I was told to continue to put down more of my own towels & blankets to catch the water because it would continue to seep through the adjacent neighbor's wall because she "forgot" to turn off the shower. The maintenance man was in such a hurry to get out of my apartment & not help me, he forgot his glasses on my bathroom counter. So, I had to have a friend come over with a wet vac and a fan to get the water up and dry up the floors. All of this and I haven't even been a resident for 4 months yet. They are really inconsiderate personnel that only care about your money! I was flat out told by management that there wasn't anything they could do to assist me while I had to waste money on buying new towels, blankets, and wasting electric running a fan overnight.

    Renter beware! This is the absolute worse place we have ever rented from. We had issues from day one of moving in regarding issues to the apartment that needed to be fixed that should have been done prior to moving in. Eventually most of the things were fixed only after WEEKS to be addressed. Not to mention garbage that would be over flowing into the parking lot from the trash compactor that would sit for days! Do not even attempt to commute to the manager she is impossible and truly doesn’t care. Ask anyone who lives there and you will get the same feedback from them!
