      It is time for me to remove device… I have been calling for 3 days with no answer… sent email no reply… left voicemail no return call… how are we to do business with company that you cannot reach… link to chat does not work.. I’ve had device for 2 years… if you call it will say “due to UNUSUAL of high volume… we are experiencing longer wait times than usual”…. It literally says that EVERY time… how can it be UNUSUAL… EVERY time?? I think it’s due to how bad this company is run… high volume due to poor customer service… maybe this gets me a reply… I would never suggest anyone use this company… literally worst customer service and overall experience I have ever had with any company my entire life

      I had to have a vehicle interlock installed in my car and had only one company in my area that could do this which is Lifesafer. When I called and sat up my appointment I was told it would be $83.00 and and I would get my first month free. I was also told it would be $87.00 a month monitoring fee and that was all. I did not get my first month free and the monthly fee has been $144 plus an extra $18.00 a month calibration fee that I was not told about. The device is constantly malfunctioning and I have been lied to during this entire process.

We have listened to your original enrollment phone call and the monthly rate you said doesn't match up with the call, but also you are correct about the shop fee not being quoted, so we will make this right. Also, the reason you paid more on your last invoice was due to your autopayment on 7/31 being declined.

      After removing the lifesafer interlock device . My vehicle doesn’t crank and the screen goes crsazy
      Tow it to the original place where it was installed and tne so called technician said that everything was good that it might be something else
      Well I need my truck fixed my only source of income this happened after they had me on luck up mode eVen when i show them the court order form stating that it should be removed immediately
      This event started on or before the last week of July 2022
      Today is aug 31 2022
      All i wany is justice and my vehicle repaired

      *** ***** *alled us on 8/9/22 and informed us that he had the device removed by someone who is not authorized to install or deinstall LifeSafer equipment, which is a violation of state regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle due to removal of our device by an unauthorized party. In addition, *** ***** will be sent to collections unless he returns our interlock equipment to us.

      I installed device august 12th , first my training was 45 seconds . August 12 (same day ) I immobilized my car by court order , after the 10 days I started the car august 23th since lock was removed 8/22 late Pm . Surprised I was locked by a violation , according to the shop was a violation when my car was immobilized. Couldn’t use my car , almost lost my job for be late and had to Uber for 2 days . Dropped the car at the shop 8/25. I had to picked up Saturday morning and they said the already trained me so is my problem . Paid $25 dollars . 8/26 Saturday again after I took the car from shop on my way home 10 minutes drive appear another violation and another locked out for 9/01 . Device take my breath to start immediately but when the car is running take 6-7 Time to recognize my blowing . Now I have to take a day off loose income . I requested to go to another location because of the mechanic behavior. I have to pay again $56 plus labor . So since august 12 I spend almost $400 on the device , $102 on the month without using the car … loss almost $500 in wages , almost $200 in taxi and only could use my car 4 days , like 2 hours which 1.5 hours blowing unsuccessful to the equipment . I have to take another day off when they find me a appointment to check my device violation and cancellation fee will be another around $400 and need approval or permission of the court .

      So I think this is a scam sadly this companies take advantage of the users with a lot of legal and money issue because court requires us to have this equipment in order to keep a job and pay the fines .

      I’m not again the devices or the purpose , but shamefully this companies think more on the money the can take without do the work .

      Don’t believe me read the reviews everywhere , is my fault I didn’t do my homework.

Device settings are determined by state regulations, not the interlock industry, but we do our best to train our clients how to use the device.  In most states, users have 5-6 minutes to maneuver their vehicle to a safe location to take the test.

      This has absolutely been one of the WORST experiences of my life… I was only supposed to have the ignition interlock system for 6 months and i’m currently on month 10 almost 11. every time I get close to having it removed (I’ve already done multiple final downloads) they come up with some “violations” that they “tell the state” that’s right, when I talked to the lady in ********* ***** ** and asked for proof of these so called violations she said “well we just go off what they tell us” which means everytime I do my “final download” which Lifesaver schedules for me, it ends up being “invalid”and then they extend my time. also lately within the past month, my device just randomly says it’s gonna lock me out on a certain date, it happened mid July saying it was going to lock me out on 7-31-2022 reason: “violation”. so I went and had it serviced on 7-29-2022. I was never told what the so called “violation” was and they want to charge me $56.68 for that one. then again at the beginning of August my device said it was going to lock me out on 8-14-2022 reason: “violation”. so, again, I go have it serviced on 8-12-2022 (a friday) which they want to charge me $49.98 for. (now up to $106.66) So at this point i’m scared to even drive because I just want to get it removed and every “violation” sets me back longer so I didn’t even start it on Saturday the 13th after having it serviced, since I was off. I drove to work and back on Sunday the 14th and then didn’t start it again Monday or Tuesday (15th & 16th) since I was off. Started it this morning to go to work and it now says it’s going to lock me out 8-21-2022… so I had it serviced Friday, and somehow just going to work and back home on Sunday they’re claiming I have another violation which means i’ll have to have it serviced again before the end of the week and that will be another $49-$56… I can’t do this anymore, I reached my breaking point months ago and there’s no end in sight. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
