Summary: This company took my money and refused to provide the service. Then attempted to block me to ensure that I never received my refund. She constantly makes excuses as to why she is late or can't come until you end up not receiving the service.
I have been a customer of ********* for a little over the year. While she was usually late and communication was inconsistent, she was overall a hard worked and provided a good service for a great price. However, this opinion changed when I experienced a similar situation to the other complaints on this website.
On December 22 II requested a cleaning from *******. She promptly gave me a phone call and said she would clean my house for $130 on December 23 at 10 am. I immediately sent her the payment $130 via Venmo. On December 23, after no communication I reached out asking if she needed to reschedule. After not rescheduling with me for a little over a week, I reached out and said if she is unable to perform the service I would like a refund. She said she could come Jan 7. I asked for confirmation of appointment twice with no response. On Saturday I reached out and again stated that if she can not provide the service I would like a refund. She proceeded to give excuses that she was in the hospital with surgeries, her tire was flat, and she had to visit her husband in the hospital. None of these stories were true and I had pictures and messages to prove it. After I told her that I called her out on lying and told her I did not want to hear her excuses and would just like my service, she told me she could not complete the service due to a "hostile environment" and she would provide a refund. Even though I had just stated facts and in no way had been aggressive, I said ok and accepted the refund. She made no attempt to give my refund and continued to give excuses that she was visiting her husband at the hospital. She has since blocked me on all socials, and my number in an attempt to prevent me from collecting my refund.

I did issue for a refund and I even drop it off at her house. I put it in her mailbox, which is attached to your house and the only way to get it out if you go inside of her house. I did block her on social media is continue to harass me and file fake police reports saying I did not give her back her money, even though I have proof of it. For someone that was in the Navy and serve for a country she shouldn’t lie to law-enforcement into you guys which I apologize for. I did have his surgery and I had another one on January 30 and I am supposed to have another one in 2 to 3 weeks to remove my finger. Which she said I lied about. I did get a flat tire, they put a plug in it and the plug went bad so I had to get another tire yesterday. She wants to continue to be very hostile and threaten me which I do not appreciate. I will not clean for someone that is threatening like that. That continues to lie over and over again. My husband has been in the hospital. And ever since she got married, she has had a attitude like she’s better than everyone. I apologize for her wasting your time in the police line.
