    I was very happy with the customer service from the owner Nick while recruiting my business. He was prompt when returning calls, informative, and kind. The dumpster was quickly dropped off and the driver was very pleasant. Unfortunately, when it came to removing the dumpster I did not have the same experience. I requested to keep the dumpster an extra day and they were fine with that. They were unable to pick up that Monday and when I followed up the following day Nick was very nice and let me know they ran behind and apologized and would be out that day. I notified him it was not a big deal and it just needed to be removed by Thursday. He did not show. I waited until Thursday at 12 to call. When. Nick answered he claimed to be Dave He was very rude. He said he was there at 6am and the dumpster was blocked. I stated yes no one notified me that they were coming and no one knocked. He said they wasted a trip. When I responded he did not he began yelling at me and stated I made a birdbrain comment. I repeatedly asked if he was the owner and he refused to answer asking why did it matter. I called the 1800 line and he answered claiming to be Scott. I went with it and he interrupted me stated yelling at me again and told me I was wrong and he did nothing wrong because it was a birdbrain comment. I asked again for the owner or supervisor and he refused. I stated I wanted the info or would be contacting an attorney.
