    I do not recommend Happy’s Junk Removal! They moved me from out of state. To begin, they were not punctual being more than 4 hours late to load and another 4 hours late to unload. As things can unexpectedly happen, I was provided reasons for the delays but unfortunately this was only the beginning of many issues. Two pieces of my furniture were broken beyond repair, my l-shaped wooden desk with hutch and a 150-gallon deck box. I’m also left with 5 additional pieces of damaged furniture including a couch and marble top dining room table. If that wasn’t bad enough, Josh O**** (owner), used some of my tools when his truck was broken down in transit, acknowledges using them, but refuses to return them. When I asked about filing an insurance claim to try to recover some of my loss… Josh told me he had notified his insurance. Days later when I called his insurance, they confirmed that Josh had not initiated a claim. The icing on the cake is that Happy’s does not even have the appropriate insurance coverage to cover the five pieces of furniture they damaged in this move!! I would highly caution against using this company for any moves.
