    on March 22, 2023 Gregory F L did some work on my neighbors tree in their front yard next to my driveway as they were cutting some logs. One of the logs fell and hit my blacktop driveway damaging the edge I have been in contact with Gregory F L, on several occasions speaking with *****, I was promised , on several occasions speaking with ****** she promised me on March 29 that somebody would be out in the next few days to look at it. I had to make a second call to her, and finally somebody by the name of ****** came out and looked at it said they would be in touch several days went by. I made more phone calls to ****i and I was told that they would be out to repair it the week of April third or fourth nobody showed up and was told it would be the next week. last week April 10 through the 15th nobody showed up and I was told last Friday the 14th that it would be either April 17 or 18th. It is now 4 PM on April 18 and nobody has showed up. I have called three times today on April 18 and have not got a callback, I want my driveway replaced or the section that was damaged which is about a 12 x 12“ area that’s actually damaged but to make it right it would do you need to be cut out at least a 4 x 4‘ area. I’m now looking for some sort of compensation to where I can have another company that does blacktop repair and work do this for me.
