      The lady that worked tonight at 7:30PM on 10/8/2022 needs an attitude check. I was trying to get a couple laundry bags with ties because theyre easier to carry into my apartment and I know that theyre sold at this location. The laundry product dispensing machine ate my quarters & when I went to the front desk to ask for them back I was greeted with the upmost ****************************** Ive ever experienced in my life. She kept telling me that what I wanted wasnt sold out (trying so desperately to prove a point) even though I never said it was sold out, just that the machine ate my quarters. She then gave me a garbage bag (probably worth 25 cents or less) and stated that she refused to give me my money back. She then told me how ******* annoying I was. I told her that I was being very respectful and kind and I didnt appreciate the way she was speaking to me. She then proceeded to mess with some washing machines and then completely ignore me to assist another customer. She then had another customer back me into a corner and threaten me. I feel as though this was racially motivated. After reading enough reviews I think its safe to say this is the same lady causing all the problems at this location. If she hates her job so much she should work elsewhere as I was just trying to do my laundry. As a loyal customer who has been coming here for almost a year, *** never seen her before but I will not be returning to give this place any more of my money. Absolutely hostile environment.
