    Spent close to $ 300 middle of March to tune up riding lawn mower. Called back middle of April saying it didn't start the 3rd time doing the lawn. Said it would be end of May before they could get back to me. Looked at sparked plug and there was major buildup on it. There is no way it was replaced at the service the month before like it was supposed to be. Replaced the spark plug and it started right away. Will never do business with this company again.

    Initially it took weeks to get an appointment. I had to call and call to remind them that they had not scheduled yet. When the tech arrived, he didn't have the parts to fix my mower. So he took my mower back to the shop (which they charged me for but did not disclose). I was told it would be returned in 2-3 days. After no communication, I called them on the fifth day. I was told that they could not diagnose the problem and needed more time. I called weekly for updates, and was told every time there was an update, the owner would call me. No one ever called. After almost two months my mower was returned. I had been charged for a new battery but the old battery was still in the mower. Additionally the mower had been damaged while in their possession, and even though they had repaired the engine as requested the mower was not operational when it was returned. After four more weeks of me calling asking for someone to discuss the problem, the owner finally returned my call. He refused to admit that the damage happened while the mower was in his possession. He refused to refund me for the battery that I did not receive. In the end I spent hours on the phone trying to get resolution, and I did not have my mower for most of the mowing season. The person that answered the phone tried to be helpful, but she consistently told me that she did not have the authority to do anything but schedule appointments, no one else was ever present to come to the phone. I was charged over $500, so of which was for parts that I did not receive. I had to spend several hundred more dollars to repair the mower after it was returned to me.
